  Good wings, not as hot as the scale on the menu shows so you might want to go up a couple levels.
  
  The reason for 5 stars is we got there a bit after 2000 hours and had a really nice and attentive waitress Charlotte. The manager was a great guy, put our game on, it went double overtime and he put it on the PA system.
  
  Had a really good time and all four of us were happy with the food and drink.
  
  Hats off to Chelsea also, people can make or break a business and this place was a pleasant surprise.

  The past two times I've been here, I've just stood at the front waiting for a hostess. Both times I've just left and went down to BWW. The food here is usual great, but the service is incredibly lacking.

  Been coming here since they opened and even waited tables for awhile. Thank God they sell beer or they wouldn't be open. We keep trying to give this small business a chance but it's just not getting any better only worse. I order crispy chicken get grilled, nachos are soggier than crap. Waited 20 minutes for refill and even longer to get them to take are money to pay for our bill. New ownership is needed the constant replacement of staff obviously is not the issue.

  We returned the following Friday night at little later than the week before hoping they were less busy.  We were seated immediately on the bar side and were waited on immediately.  Our server was fantastic and our food came out faster than we have ever received it before.  After a great experience the manager came to our table and asked if we had a better experience.  She remembered us from last week!  She saw us come in and made sure we were taken care of.  She showed us that true customer service still exist in this world.  Thank you for taking the time to check in and making us feel that we mattered.

  Ok, so I honored what I said I would do in my previous review for Wings ETC and gave them a second chance.  Here's how it went:
     
      I ordered the Caribbean Jerk (dry rub).  It seemed perfect because B-Dubs' Caribbean Jerk is one of my all-time favorite sauces, and I also love Desert Heat, which is a dry rub.  I ordered it all online.  It was quick, easy and allowed me to pay right then and there before picking it up.  I scheduled to pick it up 45 minutes from when I ordered since I had to get my little 1 year old dressed for the cold weather, get some gas and drive from Knightstown to Greenfield (15-20 minutes).  
  
      I arrived at 6:42 P.M. (3 minutes before pickup time), walked to the pickup area for the online customers and was immediately greeted by a very friendly man and woman.  After looking up my order they told me it would be a little bit until my food is ready.  I got it about 8 minutes later and it smelled incredible.  The fact I had to wait didn't bother me because I had my 1 year old in my arms, and am biased towards the opinion that he is the cutest one in the world.  So naturally, I love to show him off a little.  
  
       The aroma trapped in the car with me mirrored the temptation of lust for a Greek goddess.  I couldn't wait.  I took a wing and bit into it.  It was delicious.  It blows Desert Heat out of the water.  I got home and devoured them with the voraciousness of a werewolf amongst sheep.  They were very tender, to the point of almost melting in my mouth.  That is something B-Dubs cannot claim.  
  
      Congratulations Wings ETC!  You have won me over.  I will be back and promise to make an effort to get my wife back as well.
